Our Barrington Gift Suite allows your guest to:

• Select their gift
• Personalize with initials
• Select their pattern
• Receive in 25-30 days after event

HOW IT WORKS:

• Customer selects 3 HD Patterns per item to offer their guest(custom HD Weave patterns are also available)
• The leather trim must be the same for each item selected (i.e. Florentine or all Milan)
• The total minimum order is 48 pcs per item (but you can assort between the 3 HD Weave fabric patterns as long as imprint and lining are the same)
• Guest can personalize each item with their initials on leather patch
• Each item can have custom lining with team/ corporate logo or lining can be blank(linings must be the same on all items)
• Each item can have corporate/team logo (1 color) on the gift box or duster bag(imprint must be the same on all items)
• Within 25-30 days after event, Barrington ships gift directly to recipient
• Barrington can also enclose a generic “Thank You” letter with each shipment ($2.00)
• All orders are shipped directly to your recipients office or home via FedEx Ground

PROGRAM COST:

• Total Cost of all merchandise ordered must be minimum of $10K.
• Set-Up Charge: $75.00
• Sample Cost: TBD (for selected items to display at event. Allow 3 weeks for samples).
• Samples paid at time of order
• Barrington Onsite Management Fee: $3,000 (includes travel expense and staff of 2 for 1 day event.
• Travel must be booked and paid 60 days in advance.
• Payment for final product selection is due at time of order

CUSTOM LINING

Each item comes with custom cream lining with step and repeat pattern. Lining must be the same for all items offered. We offer 6 different stock imprint colors.

STOCK HD WEAVE PATTERNS 

We offer 12 stock HD Weave patterns as well 9 patterns where we can insert 2 PMS colors.

PERSONALIZATION

Each item can is debossed with corporate logo or can personalized with recipients initials. Must select one deboss option(cannot offer both).

PACKAGING

Each item is packaged in drawstring duster bag or 2 pc gift box with corporate logo (depending on item selected)
