Our Barrington Gift Suite allows your guest to:

• Select their gift
• Personalize with initials
• Select their pattern
• Receive in 30 days after event

HOW IT WORKS:

• Customer selects items to offer as well as the HD Weave Nylon Patterns to offer  their guest  
• Barrington produces samples of the items to offer at the event in 3 weeks.
• The leather trim and color must be the same for each item selected(i.e. Florentine British Tan or Black or all Milan(Vegan-British Tan or Black)
• The total minimum order is 24 pcs per item (but you can assort between the 3 HD Weave fabric patterns)
• Guest can personalize each item with their initials on leather patch-Add $6.25(C)
• Each item has a custom lining with team/corporate logo or lining can be blank(linings must be the same on all items)
• Each item can have corporate/team logo (1 color) on the gift box or duster bag(imprint must be the same on all items)
• Within 30 days after event, Barrington ships gift directly to recipient
• Barrington can also enclose a generic “Thank You” letter with each shipment-$3.25(C) per shipment
• All orders are shipped directly to your recipients office or home via FedEx 
• Price per item varies based on item and trim selection.

PROGRAM COST:

• Total cost of all merchandise ordered must be minimum of $20K.
• Set-Up Charge: $150(A).
• Sample Cost: For Items for Event: TBD(Allow 3 weeks for samples).
• Samples paid at time of order
• Barrington Onsite Management Fee: $3,500-$4500 (includes travel expense and staff of 2 for 1 day event-4-5 hours). Paid in advance.
• Travel must be booked and paid 60 days in advance.
• Payment for final product selection is due at end of event.

CUSTOM LINING:

Each item comes with custom cream lining with step and repeat pattern in tonal or 1 color imprint. Lining must be the same for all items offered. We offer 6 different stock imprint colors. Add $3.25(C) for custom PMS match or full color imprint or black lining

STOCK HD WEAVE PATTERNS 

We offer stock HD Weave patterns as well 11 patterns where we can insert 2 PMS colors into the pattern. We can also create a custom step and repeat pattern.

PERSONALIZATION

Each item can is debossed with corporate logo or can personalized with recipients initials-$6.25(C). Must select one deboss option(cannot offer both).

PACKAGING

Each item is packaged in a Muslin drawstring duster bag or 2 pc gift box with corporate logo (depending on item selected). Includes 1 color imprint.
