HOW IT WORKS:

• Based on budget, customer picks out gifts to offer for the tournament
• Once virtual sample is approved, we will produce physical samples to showcase at your tournament for guest to order
•  Allow 4 weeks for production to receive samples for tournament
• Your guest selects item of choice
• Within 4 weeks after the event, we can ship the selected items bulk to your organization or individually drop-ship to your customer.
• Minimum order: Total quantity must be 96 pcs. (24 per style). 

PROGRAM COST:

• Price Per Item Depends On Fabric Type Selected*
• Set-Up Charge $75 Per Item
• Sample Cost Per Item
• Out Of Town Program Management Fee – $1,500 (includes travel expense for 1 night and Barrington staff (2). Must be booked 60 days prior to event.
• Local Program Management Fee(DFW Area)– $500 (includes travel expense and Barrington staff (2). Must be booked 30 days prior to event.
• Freight charge to guest not included (depends on item selected
